The company split in about 1965, with older brother Converse Branscome (on left) – with his son William Branscome – establishing Conn Construction on Industrial Street in Mahoningtown. This company was in operation until it became Bridges & Towers Inc. in 1997. Conn Welding & Machine, headed by Maynard Branscome (on right), closed down in 1980. (Jan 1961) |

Hi, my father Albert Depasqua worked for Conn Constrction in the 70’s and 80’s. I know his picture was in the newspaper a couple times. He was a superintendent ? I am wondering if you have any photos of him. He passed away and any photos are so precious to me. Thank you for your efforts.

My father (Frank Boal) worked for Conn in the early 50s. We visited Maynard at his home in the North Hill several times. As I remember he had a lovely daughter Sharon. Those were the good old days.

Con Branscombe was a business associate of my father-in-law, and he and his wife were good friends with him and his wife. He was Robert R Greene, a VP at Tanner Plating. I married Bob’s daughter Carol, and she knew him well. I only met him a few times and didn’t really know him, but he did attend our wedding in 1968. I have a few photos of him and his wife in our reception line at the wedding. If you give me your email address, I will send them to you.
