Centennial School - New Beaver Boro PA

The old Centennial School served the students of Big Beaver Township (later New Beaver Borough) in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. The school was similar to other one-room affairs in the township to include Possom Hollow, Pine Swamp, McAnlis, Oread, and Keely. It handled students up to the eighth grade. I believe the Centennial School was closed about 1929-1930. (c1905)
